Poinsettia

This plant is all that remains now after the Christmas festivities....it's fairing ok, although its leaves are falling :-/. They are temperamental things, not too,much water, not too warm, not in any drafts.......and still it's not entirely happy!!!

Anyhow, it's my Flower Friday contribution for this week.

Another dreary damp day, colder too! We had a quick walk into town this morning, I called in the beauticians to get my nails tended to, then spent the afternoon downloading images, deleting filing etc. etc.

Quick chicken and mushroom pasta dish for dinner, followed by a bit of Christmas cake and cream.........oh, and here's me saying that the poinsettia was the only thing left over from Christmas :-)

More rain forecast tomorrow :-(
