Good Old Teignbridge

There's a walkway along the sea wall at the side of the mainline railway track. It's not very wide, in fact if three people are walking side by side you need to say 'excuse me' to get past. Towards the end of last year somebody drove a car up it and went over the edge. Now there's a steel barrier to prevent any further traffic from going up there. How stupid is that? Still, they've stopped charging us for parking on Sundays in January so I'll forgive their stupidity on this occasion.
