A Light in the Dark

With our long nights it is such a relief when the snow arrives, reflecting light around and making the darkness not quite as dark.
This image is taken just outside the library in the night. A lot of the light comes from that single lamp half-hidden in the tree. The light in the sky is street lamps reflected back from the cloud.
Yesterday's blip just got posted too.
PS  Davis Bowie bought a lot of joy to a lot of people - Strange that he is no longer with us!
