Dog Day Afternoon ....

It was my first full day here in California with my mom and it was a good one. 

After attending church we went over to my sister's house for a short visit and lunch.  These are her two dogs doing a clever trick.  My brother-in-law places a treat on their noses and at his command they flip the treat into their mouths!  Smart dogs.  Susie (on the left) is a boxer and Sallie (on the right) is a Rhodesian ridge-back ... both are females. 

Later on we took the dogs for a walk where we saw the little doggie in my extra being "walked".  She barked at us the whole time we were passing each other!
