Forbidden to Play

Too strange, I passed a children's playground and immediately noticed something weird about it….

I climbed on a garbage can and stretched my arms to obtain the highest viewpoint possible.

Now you can also see the red & white 'forbidden' traffic sign on the surface. 

Maybe that explains the absence of playing children ;-))
