Hot Buzz

Working outside in the stifling heat today, drenched in sweat, I notice that my garden was buzzing with bees and other flying insects -- all working hard and unaffected by the hot conditions. In comparison, I was in a mollusk mood; though I did manage to mow, weed, seed and water as the temperature rose above 100° Fahrenheit again.
