GRAMOPHONE TRUMPET

Does anyone remember  the old HMV logo with the little dog listening to recorded sound in a gramophone?   I couldn't find a dog to sit alongside, nor was this splendid old trumpet or bell - not sure what the correct name for it is - nor was it attached to its gramophone which was close by.   I made this in the radio museum in the 4MBS radio studios.  4MBS is a listener -supported, not for profit classical music station.  It claims with truth that it's not just a radio station. As well as broadcasting music of the great composers  24 /7 it has many other activities. These include: 
Two other stations under its umbrella, one broadcasting light classics and jazz, another on a digital band broadcasting nostalgia, especially to aged care homes. As well, 4MBS outside recording team records and broadcasts dozens of concerts each year. Each year 4MBS is responsible for a month long fine music festival, and an associated group of professional actors stage a Shakespeare festival in open air venues.
