Going walkabout

I came across this small group of sheep on route back from our afternoon walk today. Converted into black & white I think it becomes a timeless picture of a scene that could have been taken at any time over the past 100 years which also shows the mizzeling weather we have had today.

The weatherman said that 2.5 inches of rain fell on Dartmoor overnight, I must say you would not have known it. The ground is so saturated with what we have had over the last few weeks, it didn't really show but I expect that the 12 rivers that have their source up on the high moor will show an increase in water flow over the next few days.
