that's an "Heraldic Bird".  It was the only thing I pointed-and-shooted today. 

It was a long day again.  At least we had a bit of sunshine today - when it's only grey and freezing, I'm sure the days are much longer.

Our visitors are now in München, I hope the weather is kind to them.
