Narcissus

The narcissus pay the price for being harbingers of spring by getting hammered by the winter rains. If I were one of those clever blip photographers, I would have captured my own selfie in the drop of rain hanging from a petal, but I probably would have had to lie down on the ground in the rain to do it. Since I've already spent time on the ground once this week, however unwittingly, I chose to stoop/squat unattractively in the neighbors'  rosemary to get this shot.

I have spent the majority of the day figuring out how to create a new  empty album and began the task of finding the blipfoto shots in photos and putting them in the album. It's time consuming but not impossible. Why the album refuses to stay where I want to put it at the top  of the list of albums is beyond me.

The only person I have ever spoken to who understands the organizing aspect of iPhoto is the genius I met with after I bought the computer. And he was the only specialist photography genius. Since they have a policy of not letting one request a specific genius, I never saw him again.

I am convinced that the planets must be in some kind of inauspicious alignment this week, because I am not the only one who has had at least  one annoying, frustrating or painful experience this week. This might not be the best week for OilMan to be working on the taxes….
