Today I and the rest of my team played our first competitive wheelchair rugby games. 3 teams, 2 games each. We won both of ours and placed ourselves top of the league. It was the inaugural league games but it's a good place to start. It was a real buzz being on court. The adrenaline and thrill of competition. 

The subject of this blip in the 3 or 4 Bob Challenge, maybe we should drop the number and call it The Bob Challenge, is appropriately called Bob. He was the GB paralympic team captain. Twice, I think. He's pretty good for an old dude ;-)

I like this shot because it's not sharp and it evokes a feeling of movement and dynamism. It's a very fast paced game after all.
