Secretly

A different angle on this little tree today.  I woke up with jaded legs after yesterday’s ride but no knee niggles.  I took some pain killers last night and after dinner at our local pub, I put my feet up.  On standing up, Rich commented on the multiple clicks of my knees and I noticed no pain.  I think something was just not quite in the right place so all, thankfully, seems back to normal.

Rich still suggested I didn’t ride my bike today.  I think secretly he didn’t want me to hit 70 miles this weekend.  

So secretly, I went out for a short ride after he headed in to town :-)
