In the Garden

We had a new patio laid last week and needed to get into the garden to tidy up some of the planting.  As I started to dig, the local robin turned up to see what was going on.  I quickly grabbed a camera and lens only to find he had tired of our activity and flown off.  I still thought there would be a good chance he would return so left the camera nearby.

No such luck!  But, there is always someone else who tends to hang around when we are in the garden.  I can't suggest she is an E.B., it would offend her.  So here you have Fleur, on best behaviour, posing for the camera rather than walking up to me as soon as I lift the camera to my eye.
