Back to my roots.......

.......not sure what I'm going to have them with yet (but they WILL get mashed together with lashings of butter, lots of pepper and a handful of frozen peas thrown in at the end for a bit of added colour).......hmmm, wonder if there's any sausages in the freezer.........
