Curds and whey......

......I'm doing my 'Little Miss Muffet' act this morning, making some paneer (with 2 litres of just-about-to-go-out-of-date full cream milk, kindly donated by my very good friends at the corner shop!)......no tuffets were sat upon during the making of this blip.......

EDIT: Before I ditched the whey I did a quick google for something to use it for......found this.......but I maybe WON'T be washing me hair in it!

It's windy out......I'm staying in.......
