But, then again . . . . .

Raindrops.

This was the view that greeted me first thing this morning along with the howl of the wind, so it was a morning for staying indoors. The beekeeping books had to be audited, but that was the auditor visiting me, and I had a visit to the physio later on when the weather had mellowed somewhat. I think I’ve just about taken these painful meetings as far as they can go but have planned a last one for a fortnight’s time; the hope is that I’ll be able to fit in some significant exercise before then.

The big news is that there was a meeting of the Roslin Stitchers with some hi-heed-yins of the Great Scottish Tapestry yesterday. Much against the better judgement of some of the ladies, it was decided to remake the Roslin Panel, possibly recruiting reinforcements along the way. My own opinion is that most of the stitchers have moved on and reworking it is a big imposition on them, and there is a significant possibility is that it will be targeted again. It would be far better to accept that the theft is part of the history of the exhibition and display a full size photograph in place of the original. But – it’s nothing to do with me.

Thanks is due to Nickimags888 for hosting today’s TinyTuesday challenge.
