Mrs. Jones' eye!

This is one of the 2 horses living on the farm (see extra).

After some coffee i headed out for a walk around the farm.   it was good to get out and stretch my legs after basically the whole previous day in the car, or sitting at the kitchen table!!!

We headed into Halifax and did some shopping etc., and booked into our 2nd bnb in downtown Halifax.   It was a delightful place and our hosts, Suzie and Richard were extremely welcoming and helpful.

I had a wee nap and then walked up to have coffee with a new friend!  I've been emailing this amazing artist, Leya Evelyn
who must be in her late 60's early 70's....her large abstract paintings are  astonishing - and we met to discuss the possibility of her coming to Cape Breton this fall to give the 3 day workshop.   She seemed very interested.   It was very fun and exciting to make contact with a well known and well established artist.

We had our usual dinner with Randy, at this great sushi place...it's becoming our 'tradition' now....and our waitress remembered us! Wow the food was outstanding!

A good nights sleep in a very roomy bed was much appreciated.
