A Day Worth Recording

British Camp iron-age fort. An awesome volume of manual earth-moving.

When for a walk this morning to make use of the brief period of sunshine before the rain and high winds cut in.

Spent most of the afternoon in the basement (see tomorrow). Interesting find of the day was a couple of buckets of coal under the rotting planks of the defunct coal chute.  And five buckets of coal dust.

Such is the wonderful world of the internet it was no problem to find a video of someone explaining how to make fuel briquettes out of coal dust...
