Zuccini hazelnut salad

This is a wonderful salad, the taste never gets boring. The recipe comes from Yotam Ottolenghi's 'Plenty'. I am too lazy to type it out but I am sure you can find it on the internet.

In the background of this picture are some of the books I use for my thesis. I want to finish it today, or at least before the sun comes up again tomorrow... I made this meal as a break from typing. I am not very happy about the focus in this picture, but I was hungry so you will just have to forgive me :)
