Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Cycle Race

When the race passes the end of your street there really is no valid excuse to why you didn't go and have a look. So we did.
It was fast and a little too far away, which was challenging for a decent photo.
I confess that it is a tricky spectator sport, with a lot of waiting for a few fleeting moments of action. It is easy to whinge, but I wasn't maintaining 40km/hr up some hideously steep hills after cycling 170 km in just over 2 hours.
