At The End of the Pier

A bit of a wet morning, but still a lovely trip out to Cromer and a walk to the end of the pier. Cromer Pier is a 112 year old award winning pier, home to the last end of pier show in Europe. The Cromer Pier Show now in its 38th year was Winner of Pier of the Year 2015.

After a look around, we had tea and cake in the cafe and a guy came in with a barn owl to raise money and awareness for a related charity (see Extra). Three of us took turns to hold Charlie, he was so tame and was literally as light as a feather.  

Later G cooked us a fabulous roast dinner and my favourite pudding (Eve's Pudding). Another truly wonderful day.
