No Nothing Brownie #1

Because it's Febfast I got this kind of nutty idea that I would try some whole foods baking to see if I can make it as delicious as the raw/paelo/treehugger food set seem to think. This is attempt one and it's definitely edible and probably worth tweaking some more. I call it No Nothing Brownie because it has no butter, sugar or flour. Which makes it vegan, gluten free and dairy free. If that's what you're after in life. It's still full of fat and carbs though, thanks to medjool dates, cashews, coconut oil, cocoa and eggs. Can you tell it wasn't made with the "evil" ingredients? Not exactly. Is it really better for you? Who knows!!!!!
