Dropwise

These sticky date cakes have been stabbed with plastic droppers filled with caramel sauce. Great idea and chemist chic but there's a problem. Even assuming the sauce is fluid enough to get out of the dropper (lots of surface tension), those are single mL droppers and at most they hold a teaspoon and a bit of fluid. That is simply not enough sauce for a cake that size. I would recommend a 30mL syringe to get the job done!
