Thursday

After a very difficult night which involved Diazepam and a middle of the night phone call for help I woke very groggy to this lovely sky.

Equally the day has been hard and long which involved the usual Thursday night at S &K's for tea. It was uncomfortable and awkward. No one really spoke directly at me.

Also today is Dad's birthday ; he would have been 70.

I am hoping for a calmer night tonight.

Apparently over on blipfoto f/b I was topic of conversation. I have no idea who and what specifically they were saying, but who ever you are thank you for the concern.
