Rare find...

I was scrounging around a bric-a-brac shop in Berwick upon Tweed in 1996 and saw this beautiful gold leaf decorated letterhead embosser.  Stuck in a bit of paper and stamped the name out on the block.  It read Station House, Elvet, Durham.  Had to have it so happily paid out the £6!

I'd like to think it once graced the desk of the North Eastern Railway Station Master.
