Happy Chinese New Year to you all . . . or as they say in Oriental places . . . gong-hey fatchoy !

This is the Year of the Monkey -  Lucky Numbers 1, 7, 8 - Lucky Colours white, gold, blue - Lucky Flowers Chrysanthemum and Alliums - Lucky Directions North, Northwest, and West. Curious.

Last night Dad’s Army was spectacular – not the most complicated plot but the actors were so well chosen. A full house in the cinema . . . although two folk walked out after an hour. Me thinks that they were German Spies ! Grand to see how all the local locations had been used.

It seems this is a special Blip Day for me . . .  1500 entries . . . which could not have happened without YOU ALL ! I chose another sphere image – this time a Chapel in the grounds of York Minster.
