Shrove Tuesday.

I thought I'd try a Healthy Alternative to pancakes today and watched the Jason Vale video twice to make sure I knew what I was doing!

Mine looked nothing like Jason Vales but it tasted ok!!

And I just want to wish the Intrepid Explorer Charlotte J and hubbie Chris all the luck in the world for their exciting times ahead as they leave for Australia today. I only wish we were able to get to see them again before they left but you never know, I might be visiting Oz one day, especially as my Daughter and Sister are already out there!
