Shove Tuesday !

A traditional day for pancakes, won't go into explanation re the day save to say it's the last day before Lent begins .
I've done my stint in the pool today , feel a bit smug as I've not only managed 1 hour in the pool but have also swam 3times as much as I have done plus exercises, so there you go, one has to persevere doesn't one!!!
O caught his plane to Greece pm, I expect he's landed now.
Weather today has been dry but cool and a clear sky, we may have a frost tonight I fear!
A new series of Happy Valley starts tonight I enjoyed the last series , I do like Sarah Lancashire . Keep warm folks.
