A day at the zoo with JohnRH, who very kindly drove, Chantler63, organiser Hildasrose and SHH Rob, BedsWizzard,  Nicoiseannie, Cathyben, Bom and Lisa24270. B4YU joined us for coffee and a natter.

There weren't many animals to be seen, perhaps away on their winter break in the sun, or maybe because we spent too long keeping warm drinking coffee, followed by lunch, but no time for afternoon tea.  

The elephants were behind bars, the tigers were fast asleep behind wire netting (heavy duty), the rhinos disappeared as soon as they saw us but reappeared later on.

You have a small selection of the best of a bad bunch of pictures.  What we forgot to take was a picture to prove we'd all been there together.
