Tiny Wild Angelica flowers

I took a walk around the town and sea front today managing to avoid the rain.  I was on the lookout for anything tiny I could find.  I noticed that a lot of this wild flower was growing along the edges of the cliffs.  They have very tiny flower buds, about 1mm in size and they are just beginning to open.  I think they are from a Wild Angelica plant.
