Emergency blip

Well after my horrifically accident causing 24hours yesterday I woke up feeling like poo!!

Banging headache and felt sick all day - think that whack to the head may have caused me some concussion!!

Managed to sum up some energy to go to staff meeting this morning but was sent home straight after as apparently I looked like death - if I am honest I didn't feel much better!! Spent the afternoon in bed and woke up still feeling rather drowsy and sick but in time for work!!

Successfully arranged and delivered an Olympic themed sports day at youth club and have lived to tell the story - still got a bad head so off to bed with some paracetamol!!
