Itches

I woke up in a much better state today than yesterday, and so had a good blast on my bike.  I wanted to go further but I had a lunch appointment, otherwise I’d have been out for hours.  I need a cycle adventure I think.

Got treated to lunch by a business contact in Porthcawl and had a good chat about various things.  Porthcawl was very busy, it was like a Bank Holiday busy.  I think the sunshine brought everyone out of hibernation.

After my chat I feel I have a few itches that I might need to scratch, or never know what could have been.
