Back to work - but for how long?

I've been off work for six months being sick - well, not literally but you know what I mean.

I've come back to work in the middle (or perhaps just the beginning) of a massive downturn in the offshore industry, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried. We are really down on flights, and with the oil price forecast to stay low for a long time to come, I am beginning to wonder if it's time to jump ship.

Problem is, I love it in Shetland. Feels like coming home - to the place, to the people, to the community. I left my previous job because of loneliness, and I would hate to go back to that lonely existence again.

Time will tell - tough decisions to be made.
