NBA Basketball All Star weekend

Very chilly Wednesday, we are heading down to a high of -16 on Saturday.... just in time to welcome all the basketball fans. This is a picture of a super tall bank cash machine installed in the lobby of a major downtown Toronto bank with my 6'4" sweetie looking up. I doubt even the tallest NBA player could reach it. Our city is hosting the All Star weekend and are expecting many tourists, especially since the US dollar is so much stronger than the Canadian currency right now. Everything is at least a third less for the Americans. Finalizing all the little details and items tonight for my sweetie to fly to UK on Friday, I am getting lonely already. Had a great session with our financial planner over the lunch break today, we are starting to implement our retirement plans, got the ball rolling....we have a plan, even if the actual date is still a ways off.
