Predictable Pancake

Yes, to join all the other blips of pancakes, it's Shrove Tuesday. Unremarkable day at school, followed by a Brownie trip to the Fire Station - which got a bit more exciting when we arrived and saw the firefighters all zooming out to a call! Fortunately it was nothing serious so with the help of a friendly fireman who wasn't even on duty to answer some questions with the girls, things were soon back on track. Then it was home for pancakes - and worth the wait they were too!
