Flower Friday - Carnation

I bought a bunch of Carnations and Irises from the supermarket this morning.  This flower is the only one that is fully open, so I am sure I will blip them again later in the week when they all open up.  The extra is a not very good shot of a bathing Blue Tit, but I thought it would be worth using to show how popular the puddle on next doors shed roof is with all of our garden visitors.
