Bit of a quickie this evening; I'm in the kitchen cooking up a favourite recipe, Rick Stein's Fillet of Cod with Saffron Mashed Potatoes. The sauce is straining and ready to mix with the mayonaise, the potatoes have got seven minutes to go, and the grill is heating up ready for the cod. So I reckon I've got about five minutes to tell you that this is a daffodil. But then, you knew that already, didn't you?
