The Hermitage of Santa Ana

The hermitage of Santa Ana sits at the highest point in the village of Canillas de Albaida, where we walked to from Competa. It was built in the 16th century in the Mudejar style. After an exploration of the village we took a different route back through olive groves and almond orchards. The clouds came in across the mountains and we got soaked at the end of the walk!!
