The Poseur

I'm sure this Robin lies in wait to have his photo taken, he fixes his eye on you,  puffs out his chest and waits for the click of the camera.  I was out walking and not really taking note of anything much when I saw him and  because I was nearly on top of him and had the long lens on, I had to back up in order to be able to focus.  I needn't have worried though, he waited and almost seemed to be willing me to take my time;   after allowing me to take a few shots he flew off  -  no doubt to amuse himself with some other unsuspecting photographer.
