Clock

It's amazing the things you miss when you're driving around.  This building is very close to home, on a road I drive down frequently.  However, I have never noticed it until today, when I took a short stroll past it. It isn't obvious what the building is (or was) but the little clock tower is quite attractive.

The clock was wrong, though.
