is a red & yellow tulip

a most unusual colored flower i have - ever seen, at least in the tulip family - or perhaps you have had the pleasure - of observing this pattern yourself - as i was passing it by i had no self-control - and found i had to purchase the bunch

i know i have said it before - it bears repeating - having fresh flowers in the house - is worth giving up something else in my budget - it just is - there's something about the color, smell, freshness - the joy and delight they bring to my everyday - which cannot be duplicated by anything else - i will gladly give up going to see a movie - or going out to dinner in order - to have a bunch of fresh flowers on my table - some may consider me foolish for that - but i really don't care - take another glance at that tulip up there - then picture a whole vase of them - in your house to enjoy for more than a week - a movie doesn't last that long - 'nor does a dinner out - and therein is what's makin' it...
