The Kelpies

Duke here seems to be saying "Are you looking at me?", while Baron turns his head away in disdain:-)  What a fabulous day to visit the Kelpies in Falkirk with blue skies like that!

We drove there to meet up with blip friend JanetH and her Mum PGH, who had come north for a few days.  It was lovely to see them and share the experience of these wonderful sculptures on a guided tour with the very dramatic Andy who brought their history to life in a very entertaining way!

We even managed to fit in a lovely Italian meal before returning to see the Kelpies lit up at night, a magical sight:-)
