Dog Weather

What an ugly day!
It was pouring with rain this afternoon, and still is.
In Germany we would say: This is a weather one would not even send the dog outside....

However, I braved it and went for my afternoon walk. 
There is no bad weather, only bad clothing, they say  :)

I still do not understand why people use umbrellas in Scotland ......
