Cottage pie

Long time no post. I'm struggling to remember what I've cooked this past week, but here is tonight's offerings.

I spiced up my normal mince recipe with a good squeeze of tomato purée and clashing of lea and perrins! Topped with creamy mash and a sprinkle of cheese.

It was a thing of beauty and was calling to me to have seconds!
