Talking the talk

D and I went up to Thornhill this afternoon to give a talk to the Guild about Facing Africa. The ladies were hospitable, interested and generous.

I took a photo this morning of some lilies we bought last week. I'm including them as a tribute to the hillwalkers who were lost near Durisdeer overnight in terrible weather, and the mountain rescue teams who spent hours out looking for them. Sadly, one of the men died and the others are being treated for hypothermia in hospital.
