Last leg.

Great walk this morning with 7 ladies and two dogs. Lovely sunshine again but a heavy frost and some sneaky black ice.

To avoid this on the pavements we took this route the opposite way around to usual and therefore we were descending this stretch of Cottingley Woods on the last leg of our walk instead of at the beginning.

You can see Toby the Westie, as usual with the back markers, descending the hill from the Folly (see Corinthian Column)

I love the light coming through the trees in this plantation and so chose this over the other one I liked of Toby half way down the steps in Mouse Woods with the River Aire in the background - see extra

Warmer now but rains on its way we're told.

A fabulous start to our Panto last night with a great audience including Love Lupins ( Oh My Days!) and airedaleknitter.
Hope we get another good audience tonight. Going to have a rest now to get ready for it.
