Butter Lindner Where Everybody Knows Your Name

Lovely sunny weather and an early start after a very good nights sleep. First an appointment but time enough for a coffee. Butter Lindner is a food firm only to be found in Berlin , Hamburg and Potsdam . The quality is tops and one can eat there or buy to take away. Bread , cakes , amazing range of salads , fish , cheeses and themed food ,Lindner does it . Add to this chocolate , juices , wines and you have a gourmet paradise .The staff rotate around the various shops in the city. It's rather like the TV series Cheers where everybody knows your name .I've never been in a Lindner in Berlin and not been greeted by name .They are the tops and I can recommend if ,that is, you have the good fortune to be  in  Berlin , Hamburg or Potsdam.
