Monarch Butterfly

The sunshine returned, and with it came the monarch butterfly - so huge and splendid. This one landed at a comfortable height for me to grab several close-ups. Really hard to choose one, but I liked this one for its colour, clarity and the added detail of recent raindrops on the leaves.
