Billy......

Billy no mates.... and oh no grass to eat either :(

The plan was to go on a snowdrop walk today at Austwick with the lovely Mindseye but darn that pesky weather... rain stopped play boooooo :(

So a quick coffee in Skipton instead with a friend.  I drove down a little and very narrow cobbled one way street off the main road to get to the carpark.... there was a 'work  in progress' sign at the entrance to the street but it wasn't closed off... until I got to the end of the cobbles where it was...... Too far to reverse, so I did my best 3 25 point turn to the fascination and entertainment of passers by.... and I then drove back, the wrong way down the one way street...only to come head to head with a police van..... oh my - what are the chances!!! :O   When he flashed me (headlights) I started preparing my best 'Officer Handsome...' speech.... I was convinced I was going to have a telling off... but nope, he escorted me out of my pickle and then drove off into the stream of traffic.....:)

Stopped to take a photo of soggy Billy in a field by Silsden on the way home...mud, mud, glorious mud bless her :(
