Good Morning New Boston

It was one of those mornings when I awoke way too early to be getting up, but since someone was snoring ever so rhythmically if not loudly, I did get up.  By the time the sun came up, it felt like mid morning so I grabbed a coat and a dog, leash included and we headed out to do some picture taking.  The temperatures were fairly mild and the colors were really pretty.

We found out today that Sumner's friend Katie had been pregnant and had a miscarriage - she wanted to tell us in person, very sweet.  It was very early and she is young and there will hopefully be another chance very soon with a better outcome.

Met with a grief group leader who is a 10 year veteran and he shared some of his experiences and successes with us.  He has had a lot of families coming to his groups lately over a loss to substance use disorder and will be referring them to us as he has no experience with this type of loss.

Then a long really fun visit with a dear friend this evening, lots of chatting and I think we did solve a couple of world problems (but not how to disable the Trump campaign - still working on that).
